Nagorno Karabakh National Assembly MP and deputy head of the “Movement ‘88” party Gegham Baghdasaryan complains about the current level of cooperation between Armenia, Karabakh and the Diaspora. According to him, the reason is that there is no model to follow or strategy to this day. “Instead, we have many stereotypes and bad customs. To this day, the image of the Diaspora is the “milking cow”. The cow is not a bad animal and it does a good deed-it gives us milk, but that’s fine for the animal world. It’s high time to look at the Diaspora as a “person”, take advantage of its mental and intellectual potential,” says G. Baghdasaryan.
