Azeri “Zerkalo” newspaper has written about the interview of the American co-chairman of the OSCE Minsk group, Matthew Bryza, given to “Mediamax”, where Bryza said that neither of the conflicting parties agreed with the main principles and there can’t be a military solution of the conflict neither in 10, 15, 30 or 50 years. According to “Zerkalo”, Matthew Bryza takes the right of Azerbaijan for self-protection from them. The newspaper wrote about the announcements of Bryza as well as the ideas of Russian former co-chairman Vladimir Kazimirov. The paper wrote about the announcement of Kazimirov saying that by moving the issue of the conflict to other institutions Azerbaijan is trying to prolong the negotiations. Concerning the announcements of Bryza the Azeri paper writes that it turns out that in Georgia and Moldova the Americans are insisting on settling the conflicts in the framework of their territorial integrity principles, but in Azerbaijan, “in fact”, they develop the model of “Kosovo”, according to which Karabakh is to organize a referendum in the future with the purpose of determining its status. “As for the hysterical announcements of the Russian politicians, there is no need to speak about that. The Kremlin understands that discussing the issue in the UN may harm their dominating role on the regional processes and their last leverages to use the conflicts”, writes the Azeri newspaper.
