“When we speak about Armenia abroad, economists ask a question, they ask, “Can you give us the correlation dynamics of the Armenian stock market for the last period or for the previous year?” In such cases we have to confess that there isn’t such a thing in Armenia. To this note they usually reply, “It means that your country does not have a market economy”, said RA ex-prime minister Hrant Bagratyan, who proposed a method for improving the economy of Armenia during our conversation.
