Who’s to blame?

According to “ITAO-TASS”, based on the results of a recent survey taken by the Russian survey center, 45% of Russians believe that it’s important to spread the word about tolerance in schools and mass media, solve social issues and set limits on the flow of migration in order to suppress the ethnic conflicts going on in the country. 42% of Russians had difficulty in coming up with a solution, while 13% believes that there are no ethnic conflicts in Russia. More than half of the people surveyed believe that the situation hasn’t changed in the past year, 16% believes that things have improved, while 19% think that things have gotten worse. In response to the question as to who is to blame, 22% of the citizens surveyed said that the immigrants are to blame, 20% blamed the authorities for not doing anything, while 13% pointed fingers at the Russian nationalists.
