Member of the board of the Armenian National Movmenet, Aram Manoukian has announced that the RA Constitution was violated and Armenian territories were given to another country. Furthermore, he says that according to a governmental contract with Russia as of 2001-2002, territories were given for Russian military forces to use without any terms and time limits.
