According to our sources of information, recently RA president Robert Kocharyan had a meeting with ARF representatives. According to our information, the ARF discussed issues concerning the amendments to be made to the Electoral Code. They promised to refuse to advocate a 100% minority basis elections system if the president makes sure that some of their representatives will be elected in the parliament on a majority basis. Besides that, they want to have minority places too. Nevertheless, we don’t have any concrete numbers of places to be provided.
