According to “ATV” TV company, deputy minister to the Azeri foreign affairs minister, Araz Azimov has said that the ministry of foreign affairs of Azerbaijan was going to send an official letter of concern to the ministry of foreign affairs of Russia concerning a program dedicated to the 15th anniversary of the independence of Karabakh broadcasted on “Rossia” TV on September 2. In regard to the mentioned program, Azimov said, “The broadcast of such a program says a lot about how abstinent Russia is as a OSCE Minsk Group co-chairman and the numerous announcements that it has made about Russia recognizing the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan. This also affects the interests of Russia in the Caucasus, Russian-Azerbaijan relations and the peaceful settlement of the Karabakh conflict.”
