In response to the question as to whether the rumors about the U.S. Ambassador, John Evans giving a video recording to the president of Armenia showing that the minister of environmental protection, Vardan Ajvazyan, has taken a $3 million bribe were accurate, the president’s press-secretary, Viktor Soghomonyan said that he didn’t know anything about the tape and added, “As for replacing Vardan Ajbvazyan, such a decision has not been made yet”.
