RA president Robert Kocharyan turned 52 on August 31. The first one to congratulate the president was the prime minister. We were informed by the public affairs department of the RA government that “the prime-minister wished the president health, good luck and happiness”. Today also marks the birthday of the Belarusian colleague of our president as well, Alexander Lukashenko.
