Indian businessmen are worried about the decision of the Indian government to stop selling “Pepsi” and “Coca-Cola” sodas. According to them, this decision may affect the investments in their country. They say that after this decision American investors may stop making investments in the Indian economy. Six regions in India have already stopped selling these drinks. The Indian “Center for Science and Environment” NGO has published a report, according to which the mentioned drinks are dangerous for people because they contain pesticides. After this report the mentioned soda companies announced that their products were not dangerous to the health and “comply with international standards”.
