On August 9, RA prime minister Andranik Margaryan sent a letter to Viktor Yanukovich and congratulated him on being appointed as Prime Minister. “Based on the development of the relations of our countries I believe that the new government will succeed in developing the social and economical fields of the country and our countries will work more closely”, as stated in the Armenian Prime-Minister’s letter. A. Margaryan wrote that he hoped Mr. Yanukovich would succeed and Ukrainian people would live in peace and happiness.
