On August 18 the Armenian court will proceed the case of editor of “Yerevan Time” newspaper, Arman Babajanyan. The judge that is going to take the case under consideration is Mnatsakan Martirosyan. This judge is the same person that preceded the criminal cases of “tets krug” and president’s former body guard Kuku.
