According to “Itar-Tass”, on July 31, the Georgian government brought construction materials to Kodor to build a governmental building and houses there. Georgian president Mikhail Saakashvili has said that they had to finish the construction till the end of October. The current Abkhazian authorities don’t recognize the regional government and are against its allocation in Kodor.
