Ruben Hovhannisyan, the brother of the Nubarashen community head, was arrested due to the crime connected with correspondent of “Fourth Authority” newspaper, Gagik Shamshyan. The police have not arrested other people connected with that case yet. Hovhannisyan attacked journalist Gagik Shamshyan, beat him and stole his mobile phone. The police department of Erebuni and Nubarashen communities has instituted legal proceedings connected with this case.
