On July 26, during a press conference, minister of trade and economical development, Karen Chshmarityan said that he couldn’t say any official information regarding the future owner of “Armentel” company. When journalists asked him to give information about the possible owner companies, the minister started “praising” Russian “Sistema” company. “Sistema is a very competent company and they may bring many changes to Armenia with them”, said the minister. As for their interest in the Mars company, the minister said that the reason they were interested in that company was the institutional and structure capacity of that company. The minister said that “Sistema” company was free of any political intimidation. The government already knows who the new owner of Mars and Armentel is for sure and hints so as to prepare citizens for that news.
