“Armenians in Karabakh have a right to determine their future”, said Caroline Cox. According to her, Azerbaijan was an activist in the region when it implemented ethnic-cleansing in Karabakh. “I can’t advise what to do. People should make a decision themselves and they should know what is more important for them. I advocate anything that may lead to the conflict settlement”, said Caroline Koks.
