On July 21, the president of Georgia, Mikhail Saakashvili disbanded the Georgian government. The new staff of the government has already been arranged. According to “ITAR-TASS”, Mikhail Saakashvili postponed his visit to Moscow to take part in the non-official summit of CIS countries, where he was going to meet with Russian president Putin. There are only two changes in the Georgian government: the minister of conflict regulation, Georgi Khaindrava, was replaced with deputy foreign affairs minister Merab Antadze; minister of environmental protection Georgi Papuashvili was replaced with Davit Tkeshelashvili. The new administration is to be approved by the Georgian parliament.
