The ARF regional headquarters administer the university admission exams in the Shirak region of Armenia due to the facT that both the ministers of education and regional management are ARF members. Currently, they are appointing ARF representatives for the examination commissions and politically active people, such as dean of the Yerevan State University Geography department Marat Grigoryan. Grigoryan has been appointed head of an exam commission, while another big position was given to director of the #17 school in Gyumri Karapet Nersisyan who is also an ARF representative. According to our sources, ARF has prepared a list of people to be appointed in the examination commissions, including the names of ARF representatives and their relatives. Besides that, ARF has black lists as well, which contain names of people that ARF doesn’t want to include in subject commissions.
