On July 14, president Robert Kocharyan and first lady Bella Kocharyan visited the French Embassy in Armenia to congratulate the Day of France. Ambassador of France to Armenia, Anri Kyuni visited Moscow cinema of Yerevan to watch the film “Trip to Armenia” presented at the Golden Apricot international film festival. The film was produced by Armenian film producer from Marseille, Rober Gedigyan in 2005. Most of the film was taped in Armenia. The film tells about a girl who lives in France and doesn’t consider her national origin so important, but has to visit Armenia to find her sick father. Gedigyan was able to learn about the Armenian mentality and traditions and present Armenia’s current problems the best way possible through the making of this film. In one of the scenes, the actress was reading “168 Hours” newspaper.
