“168 Hours” correspondent found out from specialist from the “Caucasus” analyzing center, Manvel Sargsyan, that there are “some powers that want to start a new war”. “There are some powers, which are either trying to start a new war or are trying to use that to talk about their interests. This may be connected with Armenia; in fact, it may be targeted to solving some political issues inside Armenia. During the past couple of years, Sabina Fraser has been trying to make us understand that Azerbaijan may start a new war if Armenia doesn’t do what they want. These critical announcements are not heard in Azerbaijan only but in Europe as well”, thinks M. Sargsyan.
