According to “Trend”, deputy foreign affairs minister of Azerbaijan Araz Azimov has said the following: “Both sides have agreed that it is impossible to determine that status of Karabakh right now.” “There isn’t any “circle agreement” draft on the negotiations table ready to be signed”, he said. In regard to the announcement of the OSCE co-chairmen, saying that if the war restarts, the sides will be the only ones to bear the whole responsibility, he said, “The president of Azerbaijan hasn’t made any announcements about the restart of a war”, said Azimov and added, “Azerbaijan doesn’t want a war, but it is ready to protect its territorial integrity by all means”.
