“It is impossible to avoid the return of lands. What’s different is the
way in which we do that. That is a totally different side of the
story,” said President of the “Armat” NGO/poliical organization Babken
Ararktsyan yesterday during an interview. The president believes that
the only way of avoiding any failure in solving the Karabagh conflict
is change of power. “The international structures, which are bringing
up documents that do not favor our side, are telling our authorities to
leave?” In response to this question, the former President of the
National Assembly said: “They are not telling us to leave. They say
that if we stay, they will talk about this matter in a different way.”
