With the suggestion of the Karabagh authorities, the official OSCE representative Anjey Kasprichik visited the Aghdam region of Karabagh in order to see whether the forests and communities were burnt as the Azerbaijani claim they are. He visited all regions that Azerbaijan drew near the border and found out that there weren’t any burnt territories there.
