On June 21, RA foreign affairs minister Vartan Oskanyan participated in the opening session of the UN newly established board on human rights. Oskanyan made a speech about the Karabagh conflict and said that the Azeri policy making “one step forward and one step back” was just a matter of concern, but this new policy of last hopeless recommendations concerning sovereignty is just proof that they don’t want to go deep into the negotiations. “We hope that the negotiations will continue and instill hope that the two sides will establish long-term peace”, said the RA foreign affairs minister.
