During the National Assembly hearings organized by the International Monetary Fund, Tigran Torosyan said that there were rumors claiming that international organizations are pressuring transitional countries and one of them is Armenia. “They don’t pressure, they only recommend, and in some cases politicians throw the blame on international organizations”, said Tigran Torosyan. Concerning this, Vahram Baghdasaryan said, “The specialists in this field are speaking out about this along with the politicians. But we know that there is no pressure in democratic states”.
