On June 12, during a voting at the parliament, some MPs managed to vote on behalf of their colleagues too. Hovhannes Margaryan, who is a representative of the Rule of Law party, accused some republican MPs of voting on behalf of their colleagues and other MPs. Khachatur Sukiasyan said that when the Rule of Law used to be a part of the coalition, H. Margaryan was proudly watching how other MPs were voting for their colleagues, and now when they are out of the coalition, they are causing a scandal. Khachatur Sukiasyan told our correspondent, “I think they’d better say that they had committed an error before and now they are going to act differently. They have committed violations, thus creating a tradition in the parliament. If it weren’t widespread as before, parliamentarians wouldn’t follow this tradition now.”
