“I believe that the negotiations process will continue long and the sides will finally find a solution that will serve as a firm basis for moving forward”, said deputy foreign affairs minister Gegham Gharibjanyan to “168 Hours” concerning U.S.-Iran ties. Gegham Gharibjanyan has worked as an Ambassador to Iran for six years. He says that he believes that the US will not force Iran to go to war. “I don’t believe this scenario”, said the deputy minister. As to what kind of influence this will have on the Karabagh conflict negotiations, Mr. Gharibjanyan said, “The two differ from one another. I think that Iran’s issue may have an influence not only on our region, but also abroad because in this case conflicts will rise between big countries too”.
