These days there are serious conflicts between the ARF and general prosecutor of Armenia, Aghvan Hovsepyan. Recently, Hrant Margaryan said the following in regard to the newly founded “Union for Armenia” party: “Countries, where general prosecutors are involved in politics and found parties are in very bad conditions”. We asked Armen Rustamyan whether they were not afraid that the general prosecutor would restart the “Dro” and “Vahan Hovhannisyan + 30” criminal cases, to which he answered, “The ARF doesn’t care about it. The ARF is not afraid of anything and when it starts doing something, it does its best to end it”. We asked him whether he was not afraid of the prosecutor either, to which he replied, “Prosecutor… there have been many prosecutors like this in our country”.
