Andranik Margaryan has already met with the head of the Armenian representation of the OSCE, Vladimir Priakhin. They discussed different issues, as well as said that it was a good cooperation on the part of the defense ministry and OSCE to dissolve 872 tons of rocket oil that had been collected during many years and use the remains for agricultural purposes. They also spoke about the cooperation with the Armenian government concerning anti-corruption, police improvement programs and trafficking.
