According to “Azatutyun” radio station, sources say that Armenian president Robert Kocharyan is going to take part in the Black sea regional cooperation and Dialogue congress in Bucharest on May 5. At the same time, the Azeri Mass Media informed us that the Azeri president was going to take part in it too. It is quite possible that the next Kocharyan-Aliev meeting may take place in Bucharest.
