According to our sources, the Dashnaks even have a black list and the members on the list will not be allowed to be part of the commissions. Until then, they have tested the “secret lists” during extern examinations. The Dashnaks and their relatives were part of the commission. The extern exams took place at the No.5 school in Gyumri. The principal of the school is ARF bureau member Hovhannes Petrosyan and rumor has it that getting a certificate costs 600 dollars.
