The Armenian branch of the Russian “Security, defense and legal protection academy” organization gave a first class medal named after “The Great Petros” to Arthur Baghdasaryan for his efforts for establishing ties between Armenia and Russia. In his speech, Arthur Baghdasaryan said that he had been and was advocating close cooperation between Armenia and Russia.
Perhaps A. Baghdasaryan has sclerosis; several weeks ago he said that he saw the future of Armenia with Europe and now he says that he has a strong pro-Russian approach. It turns out that as soon as he appears in Europe he becomes a pro-European politician, and when he is punished for that, he immediately becomes pro-Russian. We wonder how Arthur Baghdasaryan is going to build his pro-European political career in the opposition after getting this medal.
