Recently, the Rule of Law has been calling back all its members from state positions. At the same time, head of the parliamentary supervision department, Gagik Voskanyan left his position too. In response to our question Mr. Voskanyan said that he was elected for that position before the Rule of Law. According to Tigran Torosyan, Mr. Voskanyan was elected in 2002. In fact, Mr. Voskanyan thinks that this position should not be given to political parties. We asked whether he would leave the Rule of Law or not. “I will not leave the Rule of Law until the law doesn’t define that this position cannot be given to partisans”, says Mr. Voskanyan.
