One month after the Constitutional courts’ decision concerning the violated rights of citizens, we tried to ask Larisa Alaverdyan what she thought about the mentioned decision, concerning which she said, “The first three points are very positive”. According to these points, # 1151 Governmental decision was considered as contradictory to the Constitution, “But I agree with people’s concerns that the second part of the decision can be interpreted in a manner that can be used for other purposes”. As for this second part, accordingly this law has to be amended till October 1 in order to correspond with the Constitution. But in spite of this, the Constitutional Court didn’t make any decisions on whether these legal provisions will be out of effect until October or can be applied. L. Alaverdyan means the abovementioned when saying that it can be used for other purposes.
