There is news going around that the former “R” television network
belonging to Hrant Vardanyan has been sold to Mikael Baghdasarov. It
turns out that Hrant Vardanyan has not sold “R”, but rather, he has
given it to Mikael Baghdasarov in exchange for a $1 million dollar
debt. Hrant Vartanyan purchased Ruben Hayrapteyan’s share-holding of
the “Grand Tobacco” company and now owes him 1 million dollars. Hrant
applied for a loan from the “ArmEconoBank” (MIkael Baghdasarov is one
of the share-holders), and has not been able to pay the money back on
time. In exchange for the money, Baghdasarov has demanded ownership of
the “R” television network. That is just what he got.
