Press secretary of the RA foreign affairs ministry Hamlet Gasparyan has been appointed as RA Ambassador to France. As we were informed from the ministry of foreign affairs, Mr. Gasparyan’s duties will be carried out by the head of the public and information affairs department of the ministry Vladimir Karapetyan.
