The American co-chairman of the OSCE Minsk group, Steven Mann is on two-day visit to Baku. According to the “Trend”, the American diplomat is going to negotiate with Azeri officials. The main topic for negotiations is going to be the Karabagh conflict resolution. Since Steven Mann is also elder advisor to the US Department of State on issues concerning the Caspian region, he will discuss issues concerning energetic fields as well. Before his visit to Azerbaijan the American co-chairman of the OSCE Minsk group met with the RA president, Robert Kocharyan, and minister of foreign affairs, Vardan Oskanyan.
