“168 Hours” asked Minister of Ecology of Armenia Vartan Ayvazyan whether or not he would stay a member of his party (the Republican party) even if it didn’t get the adequate number of places in parliament during the upcoming elections, to which he responded: “Of course I will stay. What difference does it make? What is the problem? I have been a government official for only five years, I am 45, and I lived 40 years of my life out of the government. Didn’t I survive? And now you see that thanks to God, I am still standing on my own two feet.”
