On April 6, within the framework of the mandate of personal representative of the OSCE President Anjey Kasprshik, radio-monitoring was conducted near the Ijevan-Ghazakh section of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border in the village of Berkaber. During the monitoring, shots were heard from the Azerbaijani side and the participants of the monitoring registered the shots. The Armenian side has proposed that the EU representatives substitute radio-monitoring with visual monitoring next time with participation of the commanders of the border, regional heads and representatives of the community, but the Azerbaijani side has rejected the proposal.
