The price for flour in stores of Vanadzor will most probably not go up (despite the fact that rumors were flying around that the price for bread will go up what with the gas price increase). The flour price will not go up anytime soon because the UN has started its second phase of humanitarian aid part of its world consumer project. Studies of this project throughout the years have shown that the people that get humanitarian aid then sell that product in stores, in this case the flour. One part of the aid provided to the needy (pensioners living alone, handicapped, orphans, etc.) contains 15 kilograms of flour, 0.5 liters of vegetable oil and 1 kilogram bean. Some social levels will get twice the amount.
