“Haypost” stocks will be jointly managed by “La Poste” company from France, ING financial organization from Holland and Armenian “ConverseInvest” company, which currently controls the stocks of “Haypost”. The French company was proposed to take part in this management by “ConverseInvest”, and the ING -by the Central Bank. The European companies have presented a draft plan of investments and joint management to the RA Government. The sum of investment is not decided yet and is being discussed in this phase. In December, 2004 the Government agreed to hand over management “Haypost” to “ConverseInvest” company. “Haypost” has 900 post offices around Armenia. The company has 3669 employees with average salaries up to 13.000 dram. The income from post services in 2005 covered 2,3 billion AMD, which was less by 7,3% than the income in 2004.
