On March 22, at about 22:30 an anonymous driver hit Arevhat Nikoyan and her son Gevorg in Lusakert village of Shirak Marz. The driver didn’t stop and escaped from the scene of the crime. The son died and the mother was taken to hospital with physical injuries. The police department of the region has instituted legal proceedings connected with this accident.
