Head of the parliamentary Republican Party, Galust Sahakyan complains that the “parliamentary hour” program has become “a monologue”. He means Arthur Baghdasaryan, who uses this program to campaign his party. Recently parliamentarians complain that recently the speeches of “Rule of Law” deputies are cut and instead of empty halls they show clips from their archives to demonstrate that a lot of deputies attend their hearings. Mr. Sahakyan says that he has said this before too, “Two years ago I said that the parliament has become a pre-election campaign headquarter”.
