According to www.lragir.am the former head of the president’s staff, Artashes Tumanyan didn’t resign all by himself. According to this web page, recently Artashes Tumanyan was called to the RA police department and to the National Security Service office. Mr. Tumanyan had to stay in both sites for several hours because they had found out about his newly founded party, “New State”; only after that did he understand that there was no need to found one more political party in Armenia.
