The former rector of the Yerevan State Medical University, Vilen Hakobyan, who was elected head of the administrative staff of the university, had to miss out on this opportunity in order to be named the head of the pharmaceutical department of the university.
According to our information the new rector of the university, Gohar Kyalyan has made Mr. Hakobyan choose between these two positions and claims that it is impossible to work in these both positions at the same time. It seems as though the current rector got her “freedom” in a short while.
