The cease-fire is frequently violated in different sectors of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border. Almost everyday there is information that the Azeri are shooting the Armenian soldiers. It’s surprising that there is no shooting on the Karabagh-Azerbaijan border (at least officially the authorities say there is not much going on there). This means that they want to make us understand that war might not start in Karabagh, where the border is well fortified, but on the Armenian-Azerbaijani sector, where the border is not well fortified. It’s also surprising that the Armenian positions are being attacked from Nakhijevan as well because even during the tensest period of the war Nakhijevan was neutral.
