The ARF is not going to ask the president to resign. That’s what ARF member Levon Mkrtchyan said during an interview with “168 hours”. He assured that if a new war starts, they will demand that Robert Kocharyan, who is not only the commander-in-chief, but also the supreme based on the new constitution, to carry out his duties.
“The ARF doesn’t need to review its strategies. The danger of a new war is not enough for a resignation,” he said.
