Are they satisfied with their own law?

05/03/2006

Just yesterday, NA Deputies started to pretend that they are not smoking in the area next to the session hall, cafeteria, and other public places. This law, adopted by the Parliament, became active on March 1. In reality the deputies smoked in the foyer, the only thing difference was that there were no ashtrays and the MPs were simply throwing the cigarette butts on the floor. In other words, they treated the law the same way they treat all the laws that they adopt. This is, in fact, a normal phenomenon for our society, for example everyone knows that traffic laws are most commonly violated by police.
