Based on the failure of the negotiations in Rambeau on the Karabakh conflict, the American co-chairman of the Minsk group has said: “We must find a solution, because this is a humanitarian disaster for the region and will bring serious problems for regional security. The main thing here is the political will of the two parties. I mean the will that will supposedly lead to compromises. I strongly believe that this is a very good chance for both Armenia and Azerbaijan. But in order to reach an agreement both presidents and people must demonstrate political will and the international community must help them”.
