“Karabakh must take part in the conflict regulation process. Otherwise after they reach some agreements they will have to start everything from zero with Karabagh”, announced the defense minister of Karabakh, Seyran Ohanyan. According to him if Azerbaijan wants to solve the problem by using military power, Karabagh is able to organize protection, stop their attack and give a counter-attack. On the other hand, Mr. Ohanyan says that Karabagh wants to solve the conflict in a peaceful way. “Karabagh has solved its problem “de facto”, but it would be better to approve it during the negotiation process”, said Mr. Ohanyan.
